Manage store orders and customer requests
Track an order, confirm availability, communicate with the customer, and prevent misunderstandings.
Every request or order should be checked under Dashboard → Store → Orders. Confirm the item, quantity, price, city, delivery mode, and visible customer details.
Confirm availability, timeline, and final price before preparing the item. For services, confirm date, place, duration, and what is included.
