Get help and report an issue
All channels to contact Meyandy, report a user, and resolve a mission dispute.
The help center (/aide) covers most questions. Use the search bar or browse categories.
Each article has a direct link you can share with another user or with support to pinpoint your question.
If your question isn't covered:
- Form: /contact β reply within 24 business hours
- Email: support@africa.meyandy.com
- WhatsApp: the number shown on the contact page
Always include your account email + the affected page or ID (mission, job...) to speed up handling.
If a recruiter asks you to leave the platform, offers money outside escrow, insults you, or sends inappropriate content:
- On their profile or in chat, click β― β
Report - Choose the reason (spam, scam, harassment, illegal content...)
- Add a description with evidence (screenshots, message number)
At 3 credible reports, the account is automatically suspended pending moderator review.
If after delivery:
- The recruiter refuses to validate without reason
- Demands changes outside the brief
- Disappears for more than 7 days
β Open a dispute from the mission page. A Meyandy moderator reviews the evidence (deliverables, messages) within 72h and rules. Funds stay locked in escrow throughout.
