Apply to a job offer (permanent, fixed-term, internship)

Job offers work like missions, but with a mandatory CV and HR-side tracking by the recruiter.

Job offers are posted by companies looking for an employee, not a freelancer. The process is more structured.

Go to /emplois. Filter by contract type (Permanent, Fixed-term, Internship, Freelance, Apprenticeship), industry, location, and salary range.

Offers in the recruiter's Premium plan are visually highlighted.

Before applying, upload your CV in PDF format (max 5 MB) under DashboardProfileCV. You can store multiple versions and choose which one to send per offer.

Tip: a well-structured CV (experience + skills + education + contact) passes ATS filters better than fancy decorative PDFs.

Click Apply on the job page. The cover letter can be up to 1,000 characters (~150 words).

Recommended structure:

  1. Why this company specifically (1 sentence)
  2. What you bring (2-3 sentences with numbers if possible)
  3. Availability and next step

No boilerplate: the recruiter reads 50 applications, yours must stand out in 15 seconds.

Your job applications are under DashboardApplicationsJobs tab. Statuses follow a standard HR pipeline:

  • Received
  • Under review
  • Interview scheduled
  • Offer sent
  • Accepted or Rejected

If the recruiter schedules an interview, you'll get a message + email with the video link or physical address.

By default, a talent can send 20 job applications per month (resets on the 1st). This limit exists to prevent spam and force quality.

Pro talents have the same limit for now — it's NOT unlocked by the subscription.
