Become a Verified Pro (free)

In Me, tap Verified Pro (in the Trust group) or the Become a Verified Pro (free) step. The Identity verification page opens.

Under Document type, choose:

• National ID card: front and back;
• Passport: the page with your photo;
• Driver's license: front and back.

Take sharp photos, without glare, where every detail can be read.

Fill in Legal first name, Legal last name and Date of birth, exactly as on the document. You must be at least 18.

Do you represent a company? Tick I represent a company and add its details (optional).

For the Selfie with document, hold the document next to your face. Your face and the document must be sharp, with good light, without a hat, sunglasses or mask.

Tap Submit request.

During the review, Me shows In review. You then get a notification:

• Approved: "You are a Verified Pro", the badge appears on your profile;
• Rejected: the reason is given and you can send a new request with sharper photos.

Timing depends on the number of requests. The images of your document are kept in a private space and erased 30 days after the review, unless the law requires otherwise.

• the Verified Pro badge on your profile;
• the Request a quote button, which only appears when your identity is verified;
• for your Web Space site: more pages and sites, your own menu and footer, and connecting a domain name you already own;
• invoices paid by direct bank transfer, with no Meyandy commission;
• a reduced commission on your store sales, if your country has one.
