Use a unique password and never share OTP codes. Meyandy will never ask for your password, verification code, or Mobile Money PIN by message.

Be careful with direct payment requests, offers that sound too good, unknown links, documents requested outside the official process, or recruiters refusing payment protection.

For missions, stores, and payments, keep important exchanges inside Meyandy. Screenshots can help, but the built-in history is more reliable for support.

If you think your account is compromised, change your password immediately, disconnect suspicious sessions when available, and contact support with details.
