On /talents, start with role, skills, country, city, availability, and experience level. For a local need, the city can matter as much as the skill.
Open the talent public profile and check: portfolio, reviews, verified badge, Pro badge, language, country, city, availability, possible store, and consistency of examples.
Explain your need in 3 points: context, expected deliverable, timeline. If a mission is already published, invite the talent to apply so budget, escrow, and proof stay inside Meyandy.
Shortlist 3 to 5 profiles. Compare portfolio relevance, clarity of replies, proposed budget, and real availability before accepting.
