Job offers use visibility plans: Free (1 offer), Standard (10,000 FCFA), and Premium (25,000 FCFA).
Unlike freelance missions (free to publish), job offers use a paid plan for visibility and duration.

Free is perfect to try. Premium is recommended for technical roles where you want max audience.
From Dashboard → Publish a job, enter:
- Job title (e.g.
Full-Stack React / Node.js Developer) - Contract type: Permanent / Fixed-term / Internship / Apprenticeship / Freelance
- Work mode: On-site / Hybrid / Remote
- Location (country + city)
- Salary range (optional but +30% applications)
- Job description: responsibilities, team, tech
- Candidate profile: education, years of experience, skills
- Perks: meal vouchers, health insurance, time off, remote
Be honest on salary: candidates apply 3× more when you show the range.
After form validation, you're redirected to Swychr payment (except Free). The plan is active as soon as the payment webhook arrives (< 1 min).
You receive a confirmation email with PDF invoice.
Your offer is automatically:
- Listed on /emplois
- Emailed to matched talents (CV + skills)
- Indexed by Google via the
JobPostingschema (SEO)
To boost visibility, share the URL meyandy.com/emplois/your-offer-id on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook.
Each application arrives with:
- The PDF CV
- The cover letter (max 1,000 chars)
- The candidate's Meyandy profile
Move candidates in the pipeline via Change status: Received → Under review → Interview → Offer → Accepted/Rejected. The candidate gets an email on each change.
