Manage applications and pick the right talent
How to sort efficiently, shortlist, chat in encrypted messaging, and accept a proposal.
A popular mission can receive 20-50 applications. How efficiently you sort determines hiring quality.
On your mission or job page, applications are sorted by relevance score (Meyandy AI) then by date. Each card shows:
- Photo + name + possible Pro badge
- Average rating (stars) and missions completed
- Proposed budget or salary
- Excerpt from the cover letter
Talents with verified identity have a green check by their name.
Click a card to see:
- The full cover letter
- The portfolio (up to 5 items)
- Mission/job history
- Reviews left by other recruiters
- The downloadable CV (for job offers)
Click Send message to open an encrypted conversation. Ask clarifying questions:
- Exact availability
- Similar experience
- Delivery timelines
NEVER ask for email or WhatsApp — Meyandy chat is your protection in case of dispute.
Click the ⭐ on interesting application cards. They move to the Shortlist tab.
The candidate gets a You're shortlisted notification — keeps them engaged while you decide.
When sure, click Accept on your chosen candidate. You're redirected to Swychr escrow payment.
Once paid, the mission becomes In progress and other candidates are automatically notified of rejection (kind message).
