For every new application, you get a notification and an email. Open Me → My job postings, then the job: the Applications section gathers them.

Applications are sorted by match score, based on skills, experience, location, languages and education. The Excellent (80+), Good (60-79), Partial and Low tabs filter them.

Details shows the cover letter and the score breakdown; View CV opens the CV; Profile opens the candidate's profile. The score is a guide: always read the application.

Depending on the step, the buttons are Shortlist, Interview, Hire or Reject. An application always moves in one direction: it does not go back to an earlier step.

The candidate is told about every change, by notification and email.

The Message button opens a conversation with the candidate in Messages. Suggest an interview, ask your questions, give an answer.

Export as CSV downloads the list: name, email, phone, city, country, score, status, date and an excerpt from the cover letter.

This information is personal: only use it for this hiring process and do not pass it on.

Tip: answer every person, even to say no. A candidate who hears back keeps a good impression of you.
