Meyandy lets recruiters based in Africa or in the West work with African talents wherever they are, as long as payment and verification use available methods.
Specify whether the mission is remote, hybrid, or on-site. For on-site work, add country + city. For remote work, state expected availability hours and working language.
Show the budget in the currency proposed by the platform for your country. If you discuss with a talent in another region, confirm the net amount and possible fees before acceptance.
Set checkpoints with explicit time and timezone. Example: "Wednesday 3pm Douala time / 10am New York".
Use already integrated methods: Mobile Money, card, or enabled flows depending on the country and page. Off-platform payments do not benefit from Meyandy escrow or mediation.
