Care explained before it is offered

Each type of care is presented with its purpose, its course, and its limits. You know what will happen before you commit, and you can always ask questions.

What to bring

So the appointment is useful from the very first minute.

  • An ID document

And, for a child, their health record.

  • Your health coverage

Proof of your insurance or coverage.

  • Your current prescriptions

Or the list of medicines you take.

  • Your latest results

Recent lab tests, X-rays, or reports.

Questions about care

Prescription, duration, and follow-up: what is checked before the appointment.

Before

Do I need a prescription?

For physiotherapy and some nursing care, yes; the front desk will tell you when confirming the appointment.

Do I need to fast for a blood test?

Only if the prescription says so. If in doubt, ask in your appointment request.

After

How does follow-up work?

The rhythm is proposed at the end of the first appointment and reviewed at each stage.

What if I need a specialist?

The practice refers you and gives you a letter for the specialist.

Find the right appointment
