At the first appointment, the atelier takes your measurements, looks at the design and fabric with you, then gives you a quote and a fitting date before anything is cut.

For a made-to-measure piece, allow three to six weeks in general, depending on the design.

Yes. The atelier tells you how much you need for the design; you can also choose from the fabrics available on site.
Usually two for a new piece, just one for most alterations.
Yes: hems, taking in or letting out, sleeves, zips. The price is given at the fitting.
A deposit may be asked when you order a new piece; the balance is paid on collection. The terms are on the quote.
