The Actions team owns that execution layer - the bridge between employees, Staffbase AI, and the real operational work happening in stores, warehouses, hospitals, and in the field.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Our biggest bet right now is <strong>Tasks</strong> - the product that lets an enterprise's HQ push operational standards to thousands of locations and see them executed on the ground, driven by a major new partnership. Around it sits a portfolio of agentic actions, forms, and HR workflows that make Staffbase a place where work happens, not just where it's announced.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">We're looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to seize this moment. This is a<strong> 12-month fixed-term role</strong> - and we mean that as a feature. It's a rare chance to make an outsized, visible impact on Staffbase's expansion into operational territory, with senior leadership attention and real revenue behind it, without signing up for the long corporate haul. If you're a builder who loves 0-to-1 energy and wants to point it at a concrete, high-stakes problem for a year, this is for you.</span></p>
